摘要
当今环境变化多端,企业管理也面临着改革;组织行为学包含了丰富的管理理论知识,本文结合企业发展实际,通过分析个体认知理论、群体认知理论、组织系统认知理论等方面的主要内容,对其在企业管理中的应用逐级提出建议。
In today's environment to be the most changeful,enterprise management is also faced with reform;organizational behavior theory contains a wealth of knowledge of management theory,combining with the actual development of enterprise,through the analysis of individual cognitive theory,group cognitive theory,cognitive theory of organizational system and other aspects of the main content,the application in the enterprise management are proposed.
