摘要
食品检验是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业学生的主干课程之一。为培养具有实践能力,学习能力、创业能力、与社会适应能力的应用型人才,提高实践教学质量,探索大型分析综合实验教学模式。本文从实践课程的项目设置、教学内容、教学方法及考核等方面,对《食品检验综合实验》课程的教学进行了实践与探索。
Food inspection is one of the main courses of food science and engineering,undergraduate specialty of food quality and safety.For training applied talents with practical ability,learning ability,entrepreneurship ability,and social adaptation ability,improve the quality of teaching practice,explore large analysis of the comprehensive experimental teaching mode.This article carries out practice and exploration of ' food inspection comprehensive experiment' course teaching from the project settings,teaching contents,teaching methods and examination of practice course.
