摘要
本文采用文献资料法、访谈法对当前体育保健学实验教学内容、教学方式进行剖析,认为当前体育专业学生对体育保健学知识的应用能力相对较差,通过改革实验教学内容顺序、实验教学方式,是提高学生应用能力的重要途径。同时大胆提出,体育专业学生有必要到医院进行专门的实习,从而提高体育保健学的教育教学质量,促进学生知识、能力和综合素质的提高。
The study mainly focuses on experimental teaching contents and teaching methods of the current Physical Health Care Science by using the ways of literature,data and interviews.The researcher learns that the application ability of sports health care of the physical major students is relatively bad.The important ways to improve the application ability of the students are reforming the orders of experimental teaching content and the methods of experimental teaching;besides,it is necessary for the physical major students to take special practical courses in the hospitals.Thereby,the teaching quality of Physical Health Care Science can be enhanced and the students' knowledge,capability and comprehensive quality can be greatly improved.
