摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植后白血病复发是白血病的主要致死原因,多为受者细胞源性白血病复发,供者细胞源性白血病(donor-cell-derived leukemia,DCL)发生率极低,国内外仅有零散报道。
We report the case of a man with acute erythroleukemia(AML-M6),who developed myelodysplastic syndrome 8 years after HLA-matched unrelated bone marrow transplantation.Its donor cell origin proved by molecular analysis using short tandem repeat sequences.To our knowledge,this is the first case who the demethylation drug were used in donor-cell-derived leukemia patient.
