掌部纤维瘤病1例

摘要 1病历摘要患者女,49岁。因双手掌指黄褐色硬斑块伴疼痛6年,于2016年7月来我科就诊。患者2010年于右手掌指关节附近出现一绿豆大黄褐色结节,质硬,伴疼痛,逐渐增多,累及无名指、中指与手掌交界处及中指近端指关节皮肤,并融合成条索状;随后左手掌小指、无名指和中指与手掌交界部位出现类似结节,伴疼痛,时轻时重;双侧小指、无名指屈曲挛缩畸形,不能完全伸直;跖部无类似结节。患者既往体健,家族中无类似疾病患者,家族谱系图见图1。
