翅片管蒸发器换向除霜特性的实验研究

摘要 本文对翅片管蒸发器换向除霜特性进行了实验研究,分析了进风温度、相对湿度对除霜时的压缩机吸气压力、翅片管蒸发器管壁温度、除霜时间、除霜时压缩机耗功及吸热量的影响。实验结果表明:除霜时翅片管蒸发器管壁温度随时间的变化分为急速增加段和缓慢增加段两个阶段;压缩机的吸气压力有一个迅速增大后迅速降低的过程,随后压缩机吸气压力慢慢增加,最后达到稳定。同时,压缩机吸气压力和翅片管蒸发器管壁温度随着进风温度和相对湿度的增大而增大,除霜时间随着进风温度和进风相对湿度的增加而减少。除霜时压缩机耗功随着进风温度的变化基本呈线性关系,而且随着温度的增加而减少;压缩机耗功也随着相对湿度的增大而减少,但随着进风空气温度的升高,随着相对湿度的增大压缩机耗功减小幅度呈下降趋势。除霜吸热量随着进风相对湿度和进风温度的增加反而减少,而且进风空气温度越低,空气相对湿度对除霜吸热量的影响越大。 In this paper,the reverse defrosting characteristics of finned tube evaporator were investigated experimentally.The effects of the outdoor air temperature and humidity on compressor suction pressure,tube wall temperature,defrosting time,compressor consumes power during defrosting and the heat absorption during defrosting were analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the tube wall temperature of fin-tube evaporator changes with time could be divided into two stages:rapid increase stage and slowly increasing segment.The compressor suction pressure has a process of rapid increase and it goes down rapidly,and then slowly increase,and finally stabilized.At the same time,compressor suction pressure and tube wall temperature were increased with the increase of the air relative humidity and air temperature.The defrosting time was decreased with the increase of the air relative humidity and air temperature.The compressor consumes power during defrosting increases linearly with the air temperature decreases,the compressor consumes power during defrosting was decreased with the increase of the air relative humidity.However,with the increase of air temperature,the extent of the decreased of the compressor consumes power on a declining curve with the increase of relative humidity.The heat absorption during defrosting were decreased with the increase of the air relative humidity and air temperature.And the lower the air temperature,the greater the influence of air relative humidity on defrosting heat absorption.
