摘要 秦岭隧道全长18 46km,是目前中国最长的山岭铁路隧道,有4km埋深超过1000m,80%处于极硬岩石地段。施工中,首次引进敞开式全断面挖掘机(TBM)。对适合隧道地质条件和TBM施工的施工方法、工艺参数、围岩分级标准、支护参数、圆形衬砌结构及仰拱预制块设计进行研究,TBM掘进最高速度达531m·月-1。解决平导洞钻爆法施工独头通风9000m的问题,创造钻爆法硬岩快速掘进456m·月-1的国内最高记录。采用弹性整体轨道技术,减少运营环境下隧道维修作业。隧道内一次铺设无缝线路,缩短了施工周期。 The Qinling tunnel is the longest tunnel in China at present, 1846 km. There is 4 km of track that is over 1 000 m under surface. 80% of it lies in the extremely rigid rock segment. During the construction, the imported TBM was first used. The construction means, the characteristics, the grade standard of surrounding rock, the characteristics of supporting structure and the design of circular liner structure and prefabricated arch components adapted to TBM are studied and the machine bored per month 531 m. The issue of 9 000 m ventilation was resolved in the case of drillblasting construction from one end in a flat leading tunnel. It set the highest boring record of 456 m per month with drillblasting method in rigid rock environment. The elastic mono slab track is used in the Qinling tunnel, thus reducing the maintenance once in operation. CWR was laid in the Qinling tunnel holus bolus, which reduces the construction period. 
