摘要
通过分析目前我国中小企业的守法现状及存在的问题和原因 ,阐述中小企业守法的意义 ,并探讨促进中小企业守法的法律对策。
The author of this thesis attempts to offer an answer to what is the middle-small enterprise, and what is the middle-small enterprise law. Besides, to explain the present situation of law abiding of the middle-small enterprises and their existing problems. In conclusion he is to demonstrate the significance of law abiding and ways to enhance the conscien tiousness of law abiding of the owners of middle-small enterprises.
