摘要
通过对有机电致发光器件的结构以及发光机理的分析,介绍了一种以内藏式图形控制器T6963C为主控制芯片的OLED显示模块,并给出了该显示模块与单片机的接口以及软件控制流程。
This paper provides a sample of OLED display module controlled by T6963C which performed as embedded graphic controller based on analysis of the OLED structure and light emitting principle. In this procedure, the interface of the module and software are given.
