摘要 研究了冷却速度(不同铸型)对二元Al 5%Fe合金和Al 10%Fe合金初生Al3Fe相形貌的影响.实验结果表明,冷却速度对Al Fe合金的凝固组织有着明显的影响.耐火保温砖铸造时,初生Al3Fe相为粗大的板片状,而共晶Al3Fe相形状为小针状;砂型铸造时初生Al3Fe相为发达的针片状,共晶Al3Fe相为细小的针状;金属型铸造时初生Al3Fe相为小针片状和针状,此时共晶Al3Fe相在低放大倍数下已不可见.对在不同凝固条件下两种成分合金中的Al3Fe相的面积百分数作了定量分析. Effect of cooling rate(different mold) on the morphology of primary Al3Fe phase in binary Al5%Fe and Al10%Fe alloy was studied.The experimental results showed that cooling rate had an obvious effect on the microstructure of AlFe alloy.The primary Al\-3Fe phase in the specimen cast in refractory brick mold is thick platelike,eutectic Al3Fe phase is thin needlelike; the primary Al3Fe phase in sand mold is thick needleplate like,the eutectic Al3Fe phase is still thin needlelike; the primary Al3Fe phase in metallic mold is fine needleplate like or needlelike,in the meanwhile,the eutectic Al3Fe phase is invisible under low magnification.It is also analyzed that the area percentage of Al3Fe phase under different molds accounts for the base.
