摘要 采用吸附 -混凝 -高级氧化法对 L -谷氨酰胺废水进行处理 ,筛选出最佳的混凝条件及氧化条件。实验发现 ,采用聚合氯化铝 (PAC)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)复合混凝 L-谷氨酰胺废水 ,在 p H为 6.8,PAC与 PAM的用量分别为 40 0 mg/ L 和 1 2 mg/ L 时混凝效果较好。混凝后的废水再用 H2 O2 / Fe2 + / UV体系氧化 ,当 p H为 3时 ,采取三次投加方式加入H2 O2 ,紫外灯照射 6h,取得了满意的结果 ,实验表明 :采用吸附 -混凝 -高级氧化法处理 L-谷氨酰胺废水是一种行之有效的方法。经该方法处理后的 L-谷氨酰胺废水 ,其 COD去除率为99.2 % ,脱色率达 1 0 0 % 。 The process of adsorption\|coagulation\|advanced chemical oxidation is used to treat L\|Glutamine wastewater, and the best condition of coagulation and oxidation is selected. Under the condition of pH6. 8, the effect of the coagulation treatment of the wastewater is better when PAC and PAM are used as coagulation, and their feeding amounts are 400 mg/L and 12 mg/L respectively. Then when pH is 3, the wastewater treated above is oxidized by H\-2O\-2/Fe\+\{2+\}/UV. When the exposure time of UV\|light is 6 h , the satisfactory treatment effect is obtained. Experimental results show that for L\|Glutamine wastewater the removal ratio of COD is 99.2%, and the decolourisation rate is100% by using the process. The L\|Glutamine wastewater treated can reach the second grade effluent standard of medical wastewater.
