人端粒酶hTRT在癌旁黏膜上皮和食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究食管黏膜鳞状上皮和食管鳞癌组织中端粒酶hTRT的表达 ,并探讨其与食管癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化S -P法 ,观察 10例正常食管黏膜、3 5例癌旁食管黏膜上皮 ,12 0例食管癌组织微阵列中端粒酶hTRT的表达情况。结果 正常食管黏膜鳞状上皮细胞未见端粒酶hTRT阳性表达 ,癌旁黏膜上皮和癌组织端粒酶hTRT阳性表达率分别为 94.3 %和 81.7%。癌组织hTRT的表达与癌组织的组织学分级、浸润深度和淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 端粒酶hTRT的激活表达与食管黏膜上皮的恶性转化密切相关 。 Objective To investigate the human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTRT) expression in esophageal squamous epithelium and squamous cancer tissues and the relationship between the hTRT expression and the development of esophageal carcinoma.Methods hTRT expression were detected in 10 normal esophageal mucosa,35 paracancerous mucosa and 120 tissue microarray of esophageal carcinoma with S P immunohistochemistal method.Results The expression of hTRT was negative in normal esophageal squamous epithelial.Positive expression rates of hTRT were 94.3% and 81.7% in paracarcinoma epithelium and cancer tissues respectively.The expression of hTRT was not correlated with histological grades,invasiveness depth and lymph nodes metastasis of the tumors( P >0.05).Conclusion hTRT expression is significantly related to the malignant transformation of esophageal epithelium.The reactivated hTRT may play a crucial role in the development of esophageal carcinoma.
