摘要
目的 :探讨血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂 (ACEI)培哚普利加小剂量利尿剂吲达帕胺对老年人高血压病患者脉压的影响。方法 :符合 1999年中国高血压联盟颁布的《中国高血压防治指南》中诊断标准的高血压病 1、2级患者 5 6例 ,清晨口服培哚普利 2～ 4mg加吲达帕胺 1.2 5mg。结果 :用药半年后收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP)、脉压均显著下降。结论 :培哚普剂加小剂量吲达帕胺可缩小脉压 ,具有冠心病一级预防作用。
Objective: To study the effects of ACEI with perindopril plus a small dose of diuretic indapamide on the blood pressure of aged persons. Method: 56 patients with 1- to 2-level hypertension who meet the criterion of the Guide to Prevention of Hypertension of the Chinese were chosen to take 2～4 mg perindopril plus 1.25mg indapamide in the morning.Result: After they took them for half a year, their SBP, DBP and blood pressure dropped remarkably.Conclusion: perindopril and indaparmide had the effects of lowering blood pressure and prevention of coronary of 1 level.
