摘要
对耐火钢纤维在浇注耐火材料中应用的工艺原理、对材料性能的影响规律及其温变形为进行了探讨。结果表明 :钢纤维的适宜用量为 1 %~ 1 5% ;1 1 0 0℃烧后 ,钢纤维的外表面有轻微的氧化反应层 ;14 0 0℃烧后 ,钢纤维几乎全部分解 ,失去增韧补强作用。
The process of steel fibres ,application in castables,the influence of material ,s properties and deformation by temperature variation were studied in this essay.It can be seen that the proper proportion of steel fibres is 1~1 5% and the oxidation can happen on the surface of steel fibres when the temperature is 1 100℃.The steel fibres can be dicomposited completely and the toughened and reinforced function can be lost.
