摘要
农业产业化首先强调农产品种植基地 (最基本的是土地 )要具备一定的规模 ,这就要求根据实际情况对现有农地制度进行创新和完善。本文在考察了我省现有农地制度的缺陷的基础上 ,认为甘肃在农业产业化进程中 ,应以农地股份所有租赁使用为目标进行农地制度的创新 ,但在目前 ,就我省经济不发达地区而言 ,则应采取相应措施继续稳定和完善土地承包制。
The agricultural industrilization stresses on that the planting-base of agricultural goods should reach a certain scale, which needs to innovate and perfect the present system of agricultural land according to practical situation. The article thinks that the development of agricultural industrilization should aim at the innovation of stock-owned agricultural land in Gansu province. But, at present, Gansu is a less developed region, so we should take corresponding measures to remain and perfect our system of land-farming.
