目的 :研究血红素氧化酶 1(HO 1)基因在慢性肺心病大鼠支气管中的表达及分布情况。方法 :采用免疫组化、组织原位杂交等技术 ,对慢性低氧高二氧化碳诱发的肺心病大鼠支气管中的HO 1表达进行定位研究。结果 :HO 1及其mRNA在慢性肺心病大鼠各级支气管上皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中广泛表达。结论 :对于慢性低氧高二氧化碳诱发的肺心病 ,HO
Objective:To study the expression of heme oxygenase 1(HO 1) in the bronchis of rats with chronic col pulmonale.Methods:By the technique of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization , the expression of HO 1 was observed in the bronchis of rats with chronic col pulmonale induced by chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia.Results:The HO 1 expression presented widely in the epithelia and the smooth muscle cells of bronchis.Conclusion:Expression of HO 1 in bronchis was induced in chronic col pulmonale induced by chronic hypoxia and hypercapnia.
