摘要
作为我国出版体制改革的重要措施,出版集团的组建已大致完成。如何使出版集团可持续发展,如何使出版集团抓住机遇,迎接挑战,无疑是业界所关注的热点。本文根据我国现代化建设的总体战略,结合出版集团所面临的制度环境、宏观经济形势、竞争环境等一系列的重大变化,从出版集团的制度、管理、战略等方面,对出版集团可持续发展的问题进行了初步探讨。
In China, the foundation of publishing groups has been completed as an important measure of publishing system reform. How to have a sustainable development, how to catch the chance and meet the challenges, These are no doubt the focuses of the publishing circles. Based on the general strategy of our country s modern construction and the change of our systematic environment, macro - economic environment, and competition environment, this article makes an abecedarian discussion on the sustainable development of publishing groups.
