摘要
本文运用唯物主义的观点,对人力资源管理实践和理论的发展作了系统的考察,阐述了人力资源管理概念内涵和外延的逻辑发展,并提出对其发展趋势的展望,为建构系统的理论框架奠定基础。
Based on the perspective of materialism,this paper reviews the development of the of human resource management.In order to lay down the basis for constructing systematic framework of the theory,the authors expatiate the logic development of connotation and extension of human resource management,and present the prospect of its trend.
