摘要
本文研究了土壤、泥炭和猪粪胡敏酸(HA)的分子量、元素组成、宫能团含量、红外光谱、差热分析、电子能谱、~1H—NMR和^(13)C—NMR波谱等。结果表明,土壤HA的分子量、氧化程度、缩合度和芳香度均较高。泥炭HA的分子量小,氧化程度低,但其缩合度和芳香度比土壤HA还高。猪粪HA具有典型“年轻”胡敏酸的特点,共分子量、氧化程度,缩合度和芳香度均最低。研究结果还表明,3种HA的脂族结构均>50%,特别是猪粪HA达85.3%;而芳香度均<43%,猪粪HA只有12.7%。因此认为所研究HA的脂族性似乎比其芳香性更为重要并不过分。
This paper deals with the structural characterization of humic acids (HA) from soil, peat and pig manure (PM) by molecular weight (Mn), elemental composition, oxygen-containing functional groups, infrared spectra, differential thermal analysis(DTA), electron spectroscopy (XPS) and nuclear magnetic resonace (1H-NMR and 13C-NMR) methods. The results showed that the HA from brown earth (paleudalf) in Shenyang was characterized by higher Mn, O/C, C/H and aromaticity (fa) . Although the Mn and O/C were lower in the HA from Jilin peat, C/H and fa of it were almost higher than the soil HA. The HA from PM was a typical 'young HA' with the lowermost Mn, O/C, C/H and fa in the three HAs. It was also found that the aliphatic structure in all of three HAs. were more than 50%, especially in the HA from PM (85.3%), whereas the fa of HAs were less than 43%(only 12.7% in PM-HA).Therefore, it is believed that the aliphatic seems more important than the aromatic in the HAs.
