水通道蛋白9研究进展

摘要 组织细胞对水的通透性差异,提示水除了以简单扩散方式进行转运外,还可能通过细胞膜上的某种水通道完成其主动转运.随着水通道蛋白家族分子结构、生理特性的阐明,水通道蛋白参与体内水平衡的调节机制,与疾病的关系被揭示.其水平测定作为判断水代谢障碍疾病发生、发展的指标,以及对水通道蛋白进行目的性修饰,将为临床上诊断和治疗水代谢障碍疾病开辟新的途径.
