摘要
氮化镓基蓝、绿光LED在光显示及未来的白光照明领域具有广阔的应用前景,中国科学院半导体研究所和深圳市方大国科光电技术公司利用双方各自的技术优势和资金管理优势,实现了氮化镓基蓝、绿光LED中游工艺技术产业化,目前产品已经批量上市销售。
GaNbased bluegreen LEDs is very promising for the applications in outdoor TVs,traffic signals,scanners,flashlights,automotive backlight and white LEDs.Institute of Semiconductors,Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenzhen Fangda Guoke Optoelectronic Technology Company cooperatedusing their advantages in technologies and finances respectively and realized the industrialization of GaNbased bluegreen LEDs.Now the GaNbased bluegreen LEDs series products have been available in the market.
