摘要
高校图书馆在市场经济条件下如何不断提高其资源的利用率,采用无偿服务与有偿服务并存,实现“以文养文”改善图书馆工作人员的物质条件。
The author of this paper discusses how to raise unceasingly utilization ratio of library resources in schools of higher education under the marketing economy. Equal attention should be paid to free service and service with pay so as to realize the utilization of culture to improve material conditions of libraries' staff members.
