摘要
观察中药止咳杏苏汤治疗小儿迁延性肺炎的临床疗效。将患儿 2 4 0例随机分为治疗组 135例 (中药止咳杏苏汤治疗 ) ,对照组 10 5例 (西药抗生素治疗 ) ,疗程 1～ 2周。结果 :治疗组总有效率 95 6 %,对照组总有效率 80 %。两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。
To observe the effects of Chinese medicine zhike xingsu decoction treated infant persistent peneumonia.240 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (135 cases treated by zhike xingsu decoction),and control group(105 cases treated by antibiotics)and treated for 1 to 2 weeks.In treatment group,86 cases were cured,43 improved and 6 failed,and the cure rate was 95 6%;In control group,53 cases were cured,31 cases improved and 21 cases failed,and the cure rate was 80%.There was a marked difference between them( P <0 01).
