摘要
调查发现:日常习惯饮水者易疲劳,不习惯饮水者不易疲劳.提出新观点:训练后适当控制饮水量,使内环境在一段时间内保持运动状态下的代谢成分,持续对组织细胞作用,并依靠肌体各个器官功能的调节作用来平衡内环境的改变,使肌体组织细胞对内环境改变逐渐适应,从而提高组织细胞在内环境发生改变情况下的工作能力和调节能力,以增强训练效果.
The investigation engaged has discover that people who usually drink much drink to much water are more likely to feel tired than those who dont. The new ideas proposed in this paper is, After training, an appropriate limit to waterdrinking amount can make the interior environment maintain for some time the same supersession ingredients as under moving state and continue to affect tissue cells can make body tissue cells get adjusted to the changes of the interior environment by relying on the regulation function of body organs to balance changes of the interior environment; and thus can promote working ability and regulation capacity of tissue cells under a changed interior environment and thus reinforce the training effects.
