摘要 目的 :探讨不同影像学检查方法在脊柱侧凸诊断中的应用价值。方法 :5 2例脊柱侧凸患者均行X线平片、CT、MRI检查 ,并进行手术治疗。结果 :X线平片可观察侧弯角度 (cobb测量法 )和主弯部位。CT可清楚显示椎体横断面的结构 ,如椎体的深度、椎弓根宽度和椎管内有无纵行骨嵴。MRI可清楚显示脊髓的解剖和病理改变 ,如脊髓纵裂和脊髓肿瘤。结论 :综合影像检查可清楚显示脊柱的解剖结构 ,为术前准备和手术治疗提供有效信息 。 Objective:To assess the value of different kinds of imaging methods in diagnosis of scoliosis.Methods:52 cases of scoliosis were examined by X ray,CT and MRI before the operation.Results:X ray plain film can observe the angle of scoliosis as measured by Cobb′s method and the main curve location.CT scan can clearly show the structure of vertebral body,such as depth of verterbral body,width of pedicle of vertebral arch and bone ridge in vertebral canal.MRI can show the anatomy and pathological change of spinal cord,such as spinal cord diastema and spinal cord tumor.Conclusion:Comprehensive imaging examination can distinctly show the anatomy structure of vertebral body and provide effective information for treatment planning.It is better than single examination.
