高效率积分复位控制三相Boost型功率因数校正 被引量:24

A NOVEL HIGH EFFICIENCY INTEGRATE-RESET-CONTROL BOOST TYPE THREE-PHASE POWER-FACTOR-CORRECTION

摘要 提出了一种高效率三相Boost型功率因数校正电路,通过对一种三相Boost型功率因数校正电路进行改进,采用积分复位控制电路实现单位功率因数。积分复位控制高效率三相Boost型PFC具有如下特征:①常频控制,有利于滤波器的设计;②控制电路简单,控制思路清晰,不需要乘法器;③控制效果好,输入电流波形能很好地跟踪输入电压波形;④变换器的效率高。仿真和实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 In this paper, a novel three-phase boost type power factor correction circuit is proposed .The converter抯 efficiency is greatly enhanced by improving three-phase boost type power factor correction circuit. In this paper, integrate-reset-control circuit is adopted to realize unity power factor. The high efficiency integrate-reset-control three-phase boost type power factor corrector has these characteristics as follows: ① Constant frequency control, which gives advantage to filter design; ② Control circuit is simple and no need for multiplier; ③ Good performance, the input current follows the tracks of input voltage very well; ④ High efficiency. The experimental and simulation result validate theoritic analysis.
