摘要
制备了高温稀土永磁材料Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.26)Cu_(0.05)Zr_(0.026))_(7.0),研究了磁性能与工艺条件的关系。结果表明:提高烧结温度可使材料的B_r和(BH)_(max)增大,但是使H_(ci)降低;适当提高真空预烧温度,可使材料在较低烧结温度下致密化,具有较高的Hci和(BH)_(max)和温度稳定性。真空预烧温度过高使性能的急剧降低,其主要原因是Sm的析出。在最佳工艺条件下材料的磁性能参数分别为:B_r1.08T,H_(ci)2286kA/m,H_(cb)932kA/m,(BH)_(max)220.8kJ/m^3;β_(20-200℃)为-0.19%/℃。
The high temperature permanent magnet Sm(CobalFe0.26Cu0.05 Zr0.026)7.0 is prepared by altering the sintering technology, and the influences of sintering temperature and pre-sintering temperature on the properties were investigated. The results show that: The Br and (BH)max of 2:17 type SmCo magnets could be greatly improved by increasing the sintering temperature, but the Hcimight decrease very quickly. Moderate elevation of pre-sintering temperature can densify the magnets at low sintering temperature, so material has high Hci, high (BH)max and the excellent temperature stability. The too high pre-sintering temperature results in rapid decrease of properties because of the separation of element Sm. The property parameters of Sm(CobalFe0.26Cu0.05 Zr0.026)7.0 are BBr 1.08 T, Hci 2286 kA/M, Hcb 832 kA/m, (BH)max 220.8 kJ/m3 and β20-200°C-0.19%/°C in the best conditions, respectively.
