摘要
癌基因ras、抑癌基因P53在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用。本文就其在胰腺癌中的研究和应用作一综述 ,以便寻求胰腺癌诊断。
Oncogene ras and P 53 had played important role in oncogenesis and development. This paper had summarized gene action in pancreas carcinoma on the study and application. It tried to find the new method for its diagnosis, assessment, prognosis and treatment.
