摘要
借助电导率仪、酸度计、可见光分光光度计以及原子吸收仪 ,对活化后的天然丝光沸石 (NaM)与不同浓度的FeCl3溶液进行离子吸附交换过程的行为进行了研究。研究发现 ,NaM能够使FeCl3水溶液中的Fe3+ 浓度在 0 .5min内下降至初始浓度的一半左右 ,水溶液中H+ 参与了吸附交换并引起pH值上升和Fe3+ 水解生成Fe(OH) 3胶体。Fe3+ 离子不能等量的与NaM中的Na+ 离子交换也是导致下降的电导值无法回复的原因之一。Na+ 离子的交换量是随交换时间的延长而增大的 ,延长交换时间可获得较高的Fe3+ 交换量。另外 ,广角X射线衍射(WAXD)分析表明经Fe3+
The behavior of ion exchange adsorption between activated natural mordenite (NaM) and difference content ferric chloride solution has been studied with the help of conductivity and atomic absorption spectra. It has been found that NaM can make the Fe 3+ content of FeCl_3 solution decrease into half of original content during half minute, the pH value of FeCl_3 solution increases caused by hydrolysis reaction, and with the forming Fe(OH)_3 gel. The unequivalent exchange between the Fe 3+ and the Na + of the NaM also makes the reducing conduction can not be recovered. Furthermore, the exchanged amount of Na + ion increased with the ion exchange duration so the exchange amount of Fe 3+ is increased with time. The wide angle X_ray diffraction analysis shows that NaM which has been modified by Fe 3+ retains its original crystal structure. Fe 3+ in high content FeCl_3 solution absorbed on NaM was hydrated and turned into Fe(OH)_3 gel.
