摘要
[目的 ]探讨慢性酒精中毒患者体内遗传物质的损伤情况 .[方法 ]应用外周全血淋巴细胞培养方法检测慢性酒精中毒患者淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换率 .[结果 ]慢性酒精中毒患者姐妹染色单体交换率明显高于正常对照组 ,有显著性差异 .[结论 ]慢性酒精中毒患者体内出现DNA损伤及修复功能障碍 .
OBJECTIVETo investigate the impairment o f genetic substances in chrionic alcoholism patients.METHODSTo determine the sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) of chronic alcoholism patients b y peripheral blood culture.RESULTSThe SCE is higher in chrio nic alcoholism patients than those in control subjects.CONCLUSIONThe DNA impairment and disturbance of repairment may occur in chrionic alco holism patients.
