无火焰原子吸收法直接测定植物油中锌

摘要 植物油加无机标准溶液和正戊醇—乙酸乙脂混合有机溶剂制成样品 ,采用标准加入法 ,直接进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定植物油中锌。进样量为 2 0 μL,对最佳原子化条件进行了试验。方法的精密度为 6.1 % ,检出限为 0 .0 2 2μg· m L-1,回收率为 91 .7%~ 1 0 6.3%。 A direct injection of the sample for the GFAAS determination of zinc in plant oil is reported in this paper.The sample was made of plant oil added inorganic standard solution and mixing organic solvents of normal butanol and ethyl acetate.Standard addition method was used in the determination.The injection volume was 20μL The relative standard deviation and the detection limit of the method were 6.1% and 0.022 μg·mL -1 ,respectively.The recoveries were in the range of 91.7%~106.3%?
