摘要
从培养条件、小鳞茎再生、种质低温保存、生物碱积累几方面综述了贝母属植物组织培养的研究结果 ,并指出了研究中存在的局限性和今后应努力的方向 ,展望了贝母组织培养的应用前景 ,这对解决贝母自然资源匮乏、扩大药用来源及其资源的合理开发利用有着重要指导意义。
The results of the studies on Fritillaria tissue culture are summarized including cultural conditions, bulb reproduction, germ plasm conservation at low temperature, alkaloid accumulation etc. The limitations lying in the studies and orientations in the future studies are pointed out, the application prospect of tissue culture is forecasted. All this supplies references for the solution of the problem of lacking natural resources and for the expansion of the herb sources of Fritillaria.In addition, this is of great significance in the optimum exploitation and utilization of its resources.
