摘要
连锁销售物流模式下 ,为了提高顾客满意度 ,连锁企业选择多种供货方式满足顾客的个性化需求。本文以快速反应 (QuickResponse)为目标 ,提出了一种新的ELT供货规则 ,分析了多供货方式条件下连锁企业的顾客需求 ,建立了一类产品的配关决策模型。
In chain sales, chain enterprises chosse multi tra nsshipments to meet the consumers individual demands in order to improve the c o nsumers satisfaction. This paper presents new source rules of ELT which aim at quick response, and analyzes consumers demands of chain enterprises. The distr ibution decision model of a special kind of products is established.
