谷物水分含量是谷物质量的重要指标之一。微波加热法测定谷物水分具有操作方便、耗能低、快速等优点,测定结果与国标方法比较无显著性差异。
The content of grain water is an important index of grain quality. Measuring water in grain by microwave heating has characteristics of easy operation, low energy and fast speed.Compared with national method, the result has no remarkable difference.
