摘要
以实验为基础,对用己二酸与乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇合成的用于氨纶的聚酯二醇进行有关计算。诸如根据产物官能度为2.33,羟值为35～37mgKOH/g的要求,计算丙三醇的加入量,产物的聚合度,产物中1,2 乙基与1,2 亚丙基的比例等。
Base on the experiment,the calculation of polyester glycol used for Spandex which synthsized by adipic acid,ethylene glycol,propylene glycol, glycerin is carried out.According to the requirement of the product such as the degree of functionality is 2.33,the hydroxy1 group value is 35～37 mgKOH/g,the adding amount of glycerin,the degree of polymerization and the ratio of ethylene to propylene in the product is calculated.
