摘要
通过对高校图书馆采访工作中的“专家选书”现状与“选书专家”设想的比较,提出了未来采访工作中必须大力培养和造就图书馆自己的“选书专家”,才能主动适应现代图书馆的发展要求。
In this paper, the writer analyses the advantages and shortcomings of specialists choosing books and specialists good at choosing books in our university libraries. Meanwhile, he also put forwards that libraries not only combine the specialists choosing books with specialists good at choosing books perfectly, but also train library s own specialists good at choosing books with great efforts for the development of train library cause of the country.
