摘要 提出了采用夹气喷射方法解决二冲程发动机排放的措施 ,设计了一套针对NF1 2 5摩托车的夹气喷射系统 .该系统由燃油支路和空气支路构成 ,燃油支路采用开环电子控制 ,空气支路采用机械控制 ,设计了供气正时旋转阀 ,并进行了实验研究 ,该措施在降低排放前提下 ,能较好地保证动力性。 This paper described air forced fuel injection system (AFS), using compressed air to atomize fuel. It had a drastic reduction of pollutant emissions and kept fuel economic and powerful. On the basis of NF125 two stroke gasoline engine, a kind of electronic air forced system was designed and installed. The system included two parts: the electronic fuel injection system and mechanical air system. By system measurement, the electronic fuel injection system was realized from sensor sign collection to injection real time controlling and some revisions were offered.
