摘要 以MgO作为固载材料 ,制备了氧化镁负载三聚氰胺缩甲醛树脂—钯配合物催化剂。研究了催化剂的制备条件以及原料配比、反应温度、缚酸剂用量和催化剂用量等因素对碘代苯与丙烯酸的Heck芳基化反应性能的影响。结果表明 ,在此催化剂作用下 ,碘代苯与丙烯酸反应具有较好的立体选择性 ,只生成反式苯丙烯酸 ;在优化的反应条件下 ,可获得 76 .4 %的分离产率。 Catalyst for melamine formaldehyde resin-palladium complexes is prepared using MgO as solid supported material. The conditions of preparation,formulation of raw materials, effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of iodobenzene to acrylic acid and the amount of base and catalyst are also studied. The result shows that,under this catalytic reaction,the Heck arylation of iodobenzene with acrylic acid has a good stereoselectivity and only trans-cinnamic acid is produced. Under the optimal reaction condition, the separation yield reaches 76.4%.
