摘要
追求自由是人类本性,法的自由价值是人类追求自由在法上的表现。法以公民权利形式表现自由,法治的发展是人类追求自由的结果。我国在进行社会主义市场经济建设和建设社会主义法治国家的过程中,必须倡导公民自由,尊重公民权利。
It is human nature to pursue freedom, and the pursuit of freedom is represented in law as the law's free value. Law symbolizes human freedom in the form of human rights. The development of lawruling is the result of human's pursuit of freedom. In the process of the construction of socialist market economy and the socialist lawruling country, citizen's freedom must be advocated and citizen's rights must be respected.
