干化学分析仪测尿比重方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨干化学分析仪检测尿比重结果是否可靠。方法 :使用CLINITEK2 0 0型尿液分析仪及配套Multistix尿试带Miditron尿液分析仪及配套Combur- 10尿试带和折射仪法同步对 10 0例尿液标本进行检测对比分析。同时 ,用上述三种仪器进行比重液测定。结果 :对 10 0例尿液标本分别用干化学法及折射仪检测尿比重的结果差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。折射仪与比重计所测得的比重结果无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :干化学尿液分析仪测定尿比重误差大 ,建议使用折射仪法。 Objective:To study whether the results of specific gravity by dry chemistry are accurate or not.Methods:100 urine samples were examined with both dry chemistry (CLINITEK200URINALYZER matched with Multistix urine Strip;MIDITRON URINAL YZER matched with Combur-10urine strip) and refiectometer simutaneously. The results of two different methods were contrasted and analyzed.Resultd there was a conspicuous distinction of the results between by dry chemistry and by reflectometer.The mean values of USG by CLINITEK200, miditron and reflectometer was 1.025, 1.001and 1.020 respectivily.The obvious difference existed (P<0.05). Results:Of reflectometer with urinometer, we found the mean values was 1.020 and 1.021 (P>0.05) without obvious distinction. Conclusions:There were greater errors in the results of USG by dry chemistry. So reflectometer was recommended.
