摘要
目的:建立布洛芬颗粒中布洛芬的含量测定方法。方法:用Diamonsil C_(18)(25cm×4.6mm×5μm)色谱柱,以0.01mol/L磷酸溶液~乙腈(37:63)为流动相,流速为1.5ml/min,检测波长220nm。结果:在0.04968~0.4968mg/ml范围内,色谱峰面积与对照品浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.52%(RSD=0.32%,n=18)。结论:该法快速、简便、重现性好,可用于布洛芬颗粒中布洛芬的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the contents of ibuprofen in ibuprofen granules. Methods: The RP-HPLC method with Diamonsil C18 column(25 cm × 4. 6 mm × 5 μm) was applied with a mobile phase of a mixture of 0. 01 mol/L phosphoric acid-aceto nilrile (37: 63), flow rate of 1. 5 ml/min and detection wavelength at 220 nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 04968 - 0. 4968 mg/ml (r = 0.9999) . The average rate of recoveries was 99. 52%. Conclufsion: This method was fast, simple and reproducible, and it can be used for the assay of ibuprofen in ibuprofen granules.
