胆道内超声的临床应用
摘要
简要介绍胆道内超声的主要设备及其性能,重点阐述胆道内超声对胆管癌的术前诊断及分期、胆道内结石与气泡、血块、息肉等的鉴别诊断价值,并就胆管癌的早期发现、淋巴结转移和血管侵蚀的诊断,与常规US、PTC、CT、血管造影等方法进行比较,指出胆道内超声的优势所在。
