摘要
利用自行研制的高速滚动轮胎单向实时红外测温系统(由轮胎高速转鼓试验台、MikronM90B红外测温仪及红外测温仪夹具等组成),对解放CA1092型5t载货车用9.00-20规格斜交轮胎表面温度的稳态特性进行了测试。建立了稳态时轮胎表面最高温升与速度的回归公式。为研究汽车轮胎高速滚动温度分布及爆胎机理奠定了基础。
The realtime infrared measurement system for testing surface temperature of a high rolling tire was used to study the steady properties of surface temperature of CA1092 truck.The system consists of the high rolling tire test drum,M90B infrared thermometer and its clamp,and can only test one direction at one times.The formula between the highest temperature rise of the tire and tire speed is gained through regression analysis,and some useful conclusions are obtained by tests.The results lay the foundation for studying the temperature distribution and explosive mechanism of a high rolling tire.
