摘要
根据运动技能形成的生理规律和蛙泳技术特点,在教学实验中采用条件限制法来防止和纠正学生在初学蛙泳时易犯错误。研究结果表明,条件限制法简便易行,能帮助学生较快地掌握蛙泳技术,提高高校游泳课教学效果。
according to physiology regulation in fostering of sports skill and characteristics of breast-stroke, the method of condition limiting was applied in teaching experiment to prevent and correct mistakes dominated in beginners of breast-stroke learning. Results showed that the method of condition limiting is easy to operate, can help students master breast-stroke more quickly, and improves teaching effect of breast-stroke.
