摘要
根据高校保健体育教学现状,参加保健课学生的特点,探索运用运动处方进行保健体育课的教学。对运动处方的制订,在课堂中实施办法及教学效果进行了阐述,结果表明:运用运动处方进行保健体育课的教学能提高学生参加体育锻炼积极性,更好地掌握科学的锻炼方法,加快健康的恢复和达到强身健体的目的。
This paper probes into applying sports formulas for sanitarian P.E Lessons' coaching, On the basis of both present situation of university P E lessons and the characters shown among those students involves It sheds light on how to plan and carry out the plans in class with their relative evident effects, which shows that the coaching plans really can trigger the students initiatives to come to uphold scientific training methods and thus to speed up their health gaining for their sanitarian sake .
