钢丝绳探伤多回路励磁检测方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 为保障钢丝绳运行安全,需要对钢丝绳定期进行无损检测。现有钢丝绳检测方法中,基于漏磁原理的电磁检测法是公认的最实用的检测方法。受钢丝绳检测环境和绳股结构的影响,现有的漏磁检测法难以使钢丝绳达到预期的饱和磁化状态,检测结果可靠度低,且检测设备笨重,体积大。本文针对目前广泛采用的漏磁检测法所存在的问题和不足,提出一种径向多回路励磁检测法。建立基于Ansoft的数值仿真研究,分别将传统检测法与本文提出的方法进行模拟分析。结果表明:本文提出的多回路励磁检测法克服传统探伤方法的局限性,具有更好的实用性和准确性。 In order to ensure the safe operation of steel wire rope,it is necessary to carry out periodical nondestructive testing. In the existing method of wire rope detection,electromagnetic detection based on magnetic flux leakage principle is recognized as the most practical detection method. The existing magnetic flux leakage detection method is difficult to achieve the expected saturation magnetization,the detection result is low in stability and reliability,and the detection equipment is bulky. Due to the problems and shortcomings of leakage detection method which is widely used,a new detection method called multiloop magnetic method. The numerical simulation research based on Ansoft has been established. The traditional test and the proposed approach have been analyzed. Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it indicates that this multiloop magnetic method breaks the limitations of traditional testing methods. The method has better practicability and accuracy.
