尾矿坝坝坡稳定分析的新思路及实例验证

摘要 尾矿库是具有高势能的重大危险源,一旦发生事故不仅造成财产损失,还会导致周边环境污染,尤其是"三边库"和"头顶库",更是时刻威胁着人民群众的生命财产安全。现行法规标准均采用基于极限平衡分析的边坡稳定方法,虽然方便操作,但难以准确把握尾矿坝坝坡的实际状况。为此提出在颗粒流理论基础上的强度折减法,定量计算尾矿坝坝坡的稳定性,模拟溃坝过程中坝体内部微观粒子的运动特性及溃坝演化规律,克服了极限平衡法各种假设的缺点。通过某一尾矿坝坝坡实例,计算了尾矿坝坝坡强度折减过程中微观粒子的相互作用过程,动态反映坝坡失稳状态,验证了该方法的适用性。 Tailings ponds is a major danger source of high potential energy,if the accidents is happened,not only caused the damage to property,but also lead to the pollution of the surrounding environment,especially the the safety of the lives and property of the masses of the people is threatened by the ' trilateral library' and ' the head of the library' all the time. The current slope stability analysis method is the limit equilibrium analysis method in some relative codes and standards. The method is easy to operate,but it is difficult to grasp the actual situation of the tailings dam slope accurately. Based on the particle flow theory,the strength reduction method is proposed to analyze the slope stability of tailings dam quantitatively. The movement characteristics of the micro particle inside the dam body and dam break evolution regularity can be simulated effectively by the method,therefore,the shortcomings of the assumptions of limit equilibrium method is overcomed. Taking a tailings dam as the study example,the interaction process of the micro particle in the strength reduction process of the tailings dam slope is calculated,which can reflect the dynamic process of instability of tailings dam slope. The method proposed in this paper is verified by the method proposed in this paper.
