摘要
为选择合适的外包模式,对国内露天矿山常见外包模式进行了分析,结合水泥矿山承包开采特点,采用模糊层次分析法,建立了水泥矿山外包模式层次结构优选模型,得出了各个指标的权重;并采用模糊综合评判对两种外包模式进行了综合评价,得出了对于老矿山分包模式优于总承包模式的结论。为业主结合自身情况及矿山概况选择合适的外包模式和承包商提供参考。
In order to select the appropriate out sourcing mode,the common outsourcing modes of domestic open-pit mine are analyzed.Combining with contract mining features of cement mine,the hierar-chy preferred model of cement mine outsourcing mode is established by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each index are obtained.The two outsourcing modes is conducted fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the results show that the subcontract model is better than the general contract mode for the old mines.The above analysis results can provide the refer-ence for the owners to select the appropriate outsourcing mode with their own situations and mining over-views.
