摘要
通过6种不同初装球配合比情况下磨矿产品的粒度组成、磨矿效率和磨矿技术效率的比较,发现初装球中直径为Ф100、Ф70、Ф50、Ф30 mm的钢球质量比以15∶25∶30∶30为宜,大球过多或过少均不利于磨矿效率的提高,这为选厂提高磨矿效率有一定的指导意义。
By comparison granular distribution,grinding efficiency,grinding technique efficiency, with six initial ball granulometric classes,the optimum ball granulometric class was determined with ?100,?70,?50,?30 mm mass ratio of 15∶25∶30∶30,neither too many or too few large ball is benefi-cial to increase of grinding efficiency.The research results had some guidance in plants for improving grinding efficiency.
