FTA法在煤与瓦斯突出事故分析中的应用

摘要 应用事故树分析法和轨迹交叉理论,结合贵州响水煤矿煤与瓦斯突出的事故实例,创建了煤与瓦斯突出事故树模型。对事故基本事件的结构重要系数进行了重要度分析,及事故树模型最小割集和最小径集分析,找出瓦斯压力大和瓦斯含量大是基本事故的主要因素;受物和人因素的双方面影响,多个子因素相互作用引起事故,为预防煤与瓦斯突出提供了科学依据。 Taking the the coal and gas outburst accident of Xiangshui coal mine,Guizhou provinde as an research example,the fault tree analysis (FTA)method and trajectory intersection theory are ap-plied to establish the fault tree model of coal and gas outburst.The fault tree model is conducted mini-mum cut set and minimum diametral set analysis to find out the main influence factors of coal and gas out-burst,and analyze the degree of important of the important structural coefficients of the accident basic e-vents,besides that,the large gas pressure and gas contents are the important affecting factors of the basic accidents.Affecting by human factors and objects fators,the accidents are caused by the interaction of multiple factors to provide reference for the prevention of coal and gas out burst.
